Licenses and source materials
EyeSurgerySplits application code is proprietary. Its third-party components retain their own licenses. The installer includes their notices, also available in the notices ZIP above.
Qt, PySide6 and Shiboken are used under LGPLv3. The video tools use FFmpeg under LGPLv2.1-or-later and OpenH264 under its BSD license. OpenCV includes a separate FFmpeg decoder. Other dependencies and their supplied notices are listed in the notice inventory.
The dependency sources ZIP contains corresponding Qt/PySide/Shiboken sources, matching FFmpeg and OpenH264 sources, our video build scripts, and OpenCV’s matching video-wrapper source package with its dependencies. Build and replacement instructions are included. Downloading these developer materials is optional for using the app.
LGPL libraries are distributed as replaceable files. Reverse engineering for debugging modifications to these libraries is permitted, and application restrictions do not override third-party license rights.
